REFUND POLICY

Sleepless Studios allows for studio bookings to be cancelled up to 2 hours before booking, anything after this is considered non refundable. If a user cancel a booking 4 hours after booking a studio no matter how far in advance the booking is, a refund for that amount will be applied to their account for future use. Only in exceptional circumstances does Sleepless Studios offer a full cash refund.  

The cancellation policy for cancelling a coaching booking is 24 hours before your coaching time. If you cancel before 24 hours a refund will be applied to your account.
