If you already have a Sleepless account, make sure you enter the same email linked to that account at checkout. The membership will be added to the account linked to that email. If you enter a different email to the one on your Sleepless account, send us an email here and we can apply the membership to your account: contact@sleeplessstudios.io
If you don't have a Sleepless account, don't worry one will be created for you using the email you provide at check out. You will receive email details after about how to complete sign up.
To cancel your membership, please email contact@sleeplessstudios.io. Please note the month to month membership has a minimum 3 month commitment. And the annual membership would need to be cancelled before it renews a year later.
After you complete the purchase, you will receive an email to the email address you provided at checkout with further details (make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it). Once the membership is active on your Sleepless account, you will have the allowance and discount. If can then book as you need to through the Sleepless app.
